A super simple recipe to make when you have run out of gas for the BBQ!
Ingredients:
I had bought some paleo lamb and some pork snags from our local butcher (he makes good quality sausages with clean ingredients) and came home to discover that the BBQ was out of gas, so to improvise, and seeing as I was cooking up some fish in the oven anyways, I figured I would throw the snags in too and see how they turned out.
Method:
I baked them at 230 degrees Celsius (fan forced with the grill on) for about 30 mins (turning them once in between) and they turned out amazingly juicy and super delicious.
